Why Schadmi in home pet care

Both our boarding and daycare guests spend their days romping around and playing in our indoor and outdoor play yards, all day long.  

As pet parents ourselves, we understand how important your dog’s safety and well-being are. That’s why we keep things intentionally small and personal. We share our home with two beloved dogs of our own, and we only accommodate two guest dogs at a time. This ensures each pup gets the attention, structure, and love they deserve—just like family.

e prioritize your dog’s health, safety, and comfort by carefully screening every guest. Only healthy, vaccinated, and friendly dogs are accepted. We verify health status directly with each dog’s veterinarian to ensure no recent illnesses. Then, dogs must successfully complete a thorough, day-long “Meet & Greet” to ensure they’re comfortable and compatible with group play.

Trust your dog’s feelings about their care. A happy dog eagerly looks forward to and enjoys daycare, while a stressed or anxious dog may resist going in. Not all dogs thrive in group play, and that’s okay. Your pet care provider should honestly communicate how your dog responds, matching what you observe at home.
